Position Overview
Landa Club is looking for a Growth Manager to drive B2C customer acquisition through organic strategies, automation tools, and data-driven experimentation.
We need a fast-learning hands-on leader who can optimize our existing automation campaigns, manage high-converting content marketing, and build community-driven referral programs. This is an execution-heavy role—you’ll be deep in the weeds analyzing, iterating, and launching experiments to maximize our user growth.

Salary Expectation:
💰 $500 - $825 USD monthly (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Automation
- Own and optimize customer acquisition campaigns using Dripify, Apollo, and other automation tools.
- Analyze outreach sequences, email engagement, and conversion data to improve targeting and messaging.
- Continuously A/B test campaign strategies and refine automation workflows.
- Identify opportunities to scale and personalize automated outreach to increase effectiveness.
Community-Led & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute referral programs, ambassador initiatives, and community-driven experiments.
- Engage directly with our community members and users to generate word-of-mouth growth.
- Partner with industry leaders and niche communities to expand brand reach.
- Experiment with new, unconventional acquisition strategies to drive B2C signups.
Customer Support & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing members, answering their questions and providing guidance on how to use Landa Club effectively.
- Be available via Slack, email, and other communication channels to provide real-time assistance and ensure a seamless user experience.
