About Landa Club

Landa Club is a private community of senior tech operators who want to build and grow independent consulting careers. We run a six week Consulting Accelerator and a members community of more than 300 leaders across the Americas.

Members are Heads, Directors, VPs and founders from fast growing companies. They come to Landa for three things: structure, peers and opportunities. Your work will touch all three.

Why this role exists

The community is growing and the founders need a partner who can run the day-to-day engine:

• Make sure members move through the Accelerator and finish
• Turn member wins into stories, updates and signals
• Run events and mentor sessions without chaos
• Keep Slack and WhatsApp alive and useful (during and post-accelerator)

You are not coming in to define the product from scratch. You are coming in to make a proven system run smoothly and feel human.

Role summary

As Sr Manager of Community and Programs you will:

• Own the daily member experience across community channels
• Run the operational flow of the Consulting Accelerator
• Coordinate events, mentors and referrals with tight execution
