Welcome to Landa Club. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at landaclub.com, our member platform at app.landaclub.com, and our community spaces on Slack and WhatsApp (together, the "Platforms").
By creating an account, joining our community, or using any of the Platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platforms.
Landa Club is a fractional executive accelerator serving senior independent consultants and fractional executives across Latin America and the United States. We operate from Mexico City, Mexico.

Landa Club operates across three connected platforms:
a) app.landaclub.com. Our main hub for knowledge and education. This is where you access the Accelerator curriculum, reference documents, recorded sessions, tools, and your member profile. Your account on app.landaclub.com is your primary Landa Club account.
b) Slack. Our private workspace for forum discussions, peer support, shared opportunities, and ongoing conversation between members.
c) WhatsApp. Community and chapter groups for discussions, announcements, and coordination of in-person and digital meetups.
Slack and WhatsApp are third-party services owned and operated by their respective providers. Your use of them is also subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. Landa Club is not responsible for the availability, security, or functioning of these third-party services.
Access to the Slack and WhatsApp spaces is reserved for active Landa Club members and may be revoked if your membership ends or if you breach these Terms.
